Dr. Eric Bogatin received his BS degree in physics from MIT, and MS and PhD degrees in physics from the University of Arizona in Tucson. He has held senior engineering and management positions at Bell Labs, Raychem, Sun Microsystems, Ansoft, and Interconnect Devices. Eric has written four books on signal integrity and interconnect design and over 200 papers. His latest book "Signal Integrity-Simplified" was published in 2003 by Prentice Hall. COO and Principle Owner of this woman-owned, small business.  Susan’s career started 20 years ago, as an inept software jock and poor technical writer.  Fortunately, she morphed into a good Project Manager, and ultimately received her MS in Project Management, and a PMP certification.  After honing her management skills at IBM and Remedy Corporation, and industry skills at companies such as Lockheed Martin and Sprint, she moved full-time into daily operations at Bogatin Enterprises.  After a lifetime in the Silicon Valley, Bogatin Enterprises moved to Olathe , Kansas in 1997.  She dodges tornados with her husband (Eric), niece (Maria), one dog and two cats.

Laura is the Class Coordinator for Bogatin Enterprises.  She handles all logistics for scheduling and shipping materials for all training classes.   Laura graduated from the University of Kentucky and worked in the hardware industry in Dallas, TX.  She and her husband are raising three teenagers and is the clean up player on the Guttergals.
